It comes in Small, Medium, and Large. It runs fairly true to size, but keep in mind that the fabric isn't super stretchy and the fit isn't incredibly fitted. So if you want it to be a little more form fitting, maybe try a size down, especially if you want to tuck it into some work pants. But if you like a little extra room in the shoulders and sleeves (or bust!) then stick to your regular size, or maybe even try a size up if you're not sure.
